Investing in Our People

Security is fundamentally human centred. The better trained and prepared our officers are, the more capable they become in preventing incidents, managing conflict and representing our clients with professionalism. All officers contracted by NCPS are required to participate in ongoing Continuous Professional Development (CPD) beyond initial licensing.
