Strategic Initiatives Policy
1. Introduction
This Strategic Initiatives Policy outlines the formal framework through which the National Crime Prevention Service (NCPS), registered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Bulgaria under (NCPS Ltd) Bulstat / UIC: 208390351.
2. Purpose
All initiatives undertaken by NCPS are designed to advance crime prevention, operational effectiveness and community engagement through structured planning and continuous improvement.
This Policy aims to:

3. Scope
This Policy applies to all strategic programmes undertaken by NCPS, including internal initiatives and external collaborations. These may include:
